- Business registration number where applicable
- Email address
- Cell number
- Website or social media profile
- Business information supplied during the application
- Responses submitted through the application form
How we use your information
Information supplied to us is used only to:
- Review programme applications.
- Contact applicants.
- Deliver Synkra services if an application is accepted.
- Improve the Synkra platform.
- Prepare customer case studies where permission has been granted.
- Meet legal and business record keeping obligations.

- All information is securely stored using Supabase infrastructure.
- Only authorised Synkra personnel have access to applicant information.
- Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect personal information.
Marketing
- Applicant information is never sold to third parties.
- Testimonials, business names and logos are only used where permission has been granted through the application agreement.
Data retention
Unsuccessful applications may be retained for future programme opportunities unless deletion is requested.
Requesting deletion
Applicants may request deletion of their personal information by emailing hello@synkra.co.za.
