Terms and Conditions

Synkra for Her is a complimentary Women's Month initiative designed to provide selected South African women owned businesses with access to Synkra Flow for thirty days.

Acceptance is entirely at the discretion of Synkra.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Applicants must:

• Operate a South African business.
• Be authorised to represent that business.
• Provide accurate information.
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The complimentary programme includes only the services confirmed by Synkra before onboarding.

• AI voice agents.
• Telephone automation.
• Additional custom development.
• Services outside the agreed implementation scope.
• Third party software costs.

Participants agree to:

• Provide the information needed for implementation.
• Respond within reasonable timeframes.
• Provide one written testimonial of at least 150 words within seven days after the trial ends.
• Participate in a reasonable follow up case study if requested.
• Allow approved marketing use where consent has been provided.

Synkra retains ownership of all software, workflows, automations and related intellectual property.

Applicants retain ownership of their own business information, branding and content.

The complimentary programme has a standard retail value of R899.

Where a participant fails to fulfil the agreed programme obligations without prior written agreement from Synkra, Synkra reserves the right to recover the retail value of the complimentary services provided.

Synkra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the programme.

Synkra may amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary.
